Apart from doing what you would expect from a top class agent e.g. excellent communication, so you know where everything is at in preparation and after every meeting. Patrick knowledge of the Lane Cove real estate market is 2nd to none regardless of his age. But what stood out for us was his ability to to read market responsiveness to our sale on a daily / weekly basis and propose means by which we could tweak our offer and make it more appealing. He gave us a realistic estimate of what price we could expect, while others clearly exaggerated what could be achieved. The outcome was a quick sale which met our expectations and I think was a good deal for the purchaser as well. Patrick's passion for his profession and skill level shine through. Patrick was the primary agent in the campaign and sale of my apartment recently. As I live interstate, the two things I was most looking for in an agent was somebody I could trust with my home and someone that would keep me regularly updated on where things were at. Patrick understood this and delivered on both aspects. I couldn't have asked for more. He is also quite the creative problem solver! First home open was a bit of a disaster due to last minute building power outages and external concrete drilling - he pulled it off though - 'encouraging' the workers to take an early morning tea break... in return for a 6 pack later in the day.
