I recently purchased a property by auction via Belle Property Lane Cove. I attended a few open homes, and had ongoing conversations with the agents regarding the property. I was kept informed during the entire process. Information I sought was provided. The auction process was clearly explained and carried out. I was nervous, but made to feel informed and competent. I have been provided with contacts to refer to through the process. I feel the whole experience was handled competently and ethically. I would definitely use this real estate agency again.

He and his professional team from Belle Property have recently assisted us with all the difficult aspects of the preparation, renovation and marketing then the selling process of our wonderful home - to its new owners, who love the house we built in 2005 and who can't wait to move in ! We give Patrick a very big tick for his efforts especially in the final week when he worked hard to bring about a successful outcome for both parties. The staff at belle property are extremely polite and professional and would strongly recommend them.Belle organised trades to come in and style/paint/polish floors and clean.Most trades were professional,however I would strongly recon that you find another painter as his workmanship and attitude fall way short of the price he is charging.We were more than happy to pay his price as we accepted the quote but we have been ripped off.I strongly suggest that you employ someone to do a quality control check.
