We hit a major obstacle early in the campaign with COVID lockdown/restrictions which impacted inspection numbers, however Patrick rose to the challenge by organising frequent private appointments and chasing down any interest buyers. We were given daily updates by Patrick and always knew where we stood during the sale process. After a slow start, we ended up finding the perfect buyers and my wife and I were very happy with the result. I would recommend Patrick and Belle Property to any vendor considering selling in the area.
