Monica and her team did an incredible job throughout the entire process of selling my unit. All the steps from explaining the process, assessing the repairs and renovations needed and facilitating the work, organizing and executing all aspects of the sales campaign, keeping me apprised of buyer interest and concerns, helping negotiate the best price, retrieving documents and information related to the property, answering questions from potential purchasers, to finalizing all documents needed for sale were done really well and in a timely manner. Her attention to detail, willingness to provide strategic direction, availability in real time, clear communication skills, empathy and organization left nothing lacking. I really felt like she was trying to do the best deal for me, and not just for herself and her team. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property.
