top selling experience with Patrick,Lachlan Humble & the Ray white team

Patrick & Lachlan were a pleasure to work with, plus they were effective in attaining the optimal sales result. They listened closely to my needs, preferences & required time frames;rapidly carried out their research & suggested an auction may be the best solution. This was then organised expediously & successfully in close accord with their predictions. They were quick to respond to my queries & concerns & obviously know the market & have keen insight into the value of any property. So in summary they have great people skills as well the abilities needed to get the job done rapidly.
