I understand how the agent would be beneficial from the higher price and should look after the seller, but there were couple of documents presented to us (everyone) were apparently not correct. Smoke alarm report and building and pest inspection reports were not reflecting what we bought as couple of weeks after settlement, we had to pay thousands for these. If it wasn’t due to dishonesty, it would be definitely due to not being competent and know it professionally. I shouldn’t obviously trust the agent.

Patrick is a very professional agent who worked hard to help us get the property we wanted, his knowledge of the property & surrounding area was great, i would definitely contact Patrick if I was buying or selling a property again.
