Patrick was easy to communicate with from the first time I met him. He was always kind and courteous and was upfront with any information from the start. Any requests I had were never too much for him. If he didn't know the answer to any question I had he went away and was able to find the answer and respond back promptly. A very knowledgeable real estate with a friendly demeanour.
