My property went on the market at a bad time for rural properties. Post Covid and continuous interest rate rises didn't stop people looking but it did stop the offers. Patty was persistent over an extended period. A house sells itself in a heated market but, when things are tough, the agent needs to work overtime to find the right buyer and bring them to contract. Patty but in the effort and always kept me up to date. We got there. Well done Patty.
