My property went on the market at a bad time for rural properties. Post Covid and continuous interest rate rises didn't stop people looking but it did stop the offers. Patty was persistent over an extended period. A house sells itself in a heated market but, when things are tough, the agent needs to work overtime to find the right buyer and bring them to contract. Patty is a friendly and polite person, not pushy and very prompt with finding the answer to questions. It would have been good to move-in the property a little earlier than settlement date (for a rental fee) but this needs to be part of the contract of sale. If left till later, it most likely will not happen.
