Surpassed all expectations!

Excellent agents who made the process so easy. Personal contact at key points through the process. Otherwise regular phone and email contact throughout. We were selling a rental property and they negotiated and communicated well with both the rental agent and tenants. Very understanding of tenants circumstances and needs but managed to show all prospective buyers through within a reasonable time frame. Negotiated well with buyer re final price. Sold within 3 weeks. We found out later that the agnet had significant personal health issues whilst selling our property and at no time did this impact on his professionalism or ability to do an excellent job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this agent again. Can't fault them in any way.
