I bought my property from Paul in 2012. It was in poor condition and I'd been told it was 'no place for a single woman'. On first inspection we encountered two large snakes (one not friendly!) Paul almost tried to talk me out of it. There was a lot of work to do, it had been unloved for quite a while. The sale went ahead smoothly. Paul negotiated an excellent price. Six years later, all cleaned up and a successful Airbnb I chose Paul to sell her on.
