It was an absolute pleasure to engage Paul Bielby, along side fellow agent Michelle Verco to sell my home. The challenges from the outset were many, but in the end it took dedication, honesty, and open and constant dialogue between all parties to achieve a remarkable result....a sale over market value to lovely new home owners. I have no hestation recommending both these agents. Thank you Paul and Michelle.

I have known Paul Bielby for many years and have found him to be a very reliable friendly and genuine bloke down to earth and of the highest esteem plus a very good auctioneer and real estate agent in every respect ' dont go home without him 'great agent

We are so pleased that we chose Paul & Michelle at Dowling Neylan Real Estate Cooroy as they are the perfect partnership for selling Hinterland and Rural properties, as our 10 acres was snapped up within the first few months, showing the expertise they form together from their office . THANK YOU ! Paul & Michelle

I have known Paul for some time prior to engaging him to sell our property. I have always found him to communicate with honesty and integrity. I can honestly say that I witnessed the same Paul when he was engaged as our selling agent. I can only believe that he communicated the same way with potential buyers which led to the sale of our property within 1 week. Would I recommend Paul? YES, without hesitation.

Paul was professional and helpful all the way through. A pleasure to deal with.

Paul was very easy to work with in getting the correct information on the property/area and organising times to view the property. He is with a sharp shooter and straight to the point, in regards to price and negotiating a deal. His team provided fast and convienant service with zero mucking around or delays. He helped me buy some old furniture in the house from the sellers and was helpful in communicating issues in regards to loan conditions to the sellers. Definitely a positive old school style customer service experience that you don’t find with agents from the big cities!

Paul was very easy to deal with, when we had a few problems getting the purchase across the line he was quick to let us know the status of the sellers and kept us informed the whole time. He is a consummate professional who was a pleasure to deal with. We highly r ecommend him and wish him well in his career. Thanks Paul.

We interviewed 5 other Real Estate agents before we chose Paul (and his business partner Michelle) to be our agents. There weren't any homes around like ours for comparison so pricing was tricky. Paul's experience shone through and saw our home sold within the time frame we wanted and at the right price for the market. We would highly recommend his services as his calm approach and professionalism ensured that all communication was clear and concise and this evoked confidence in his ability as our agent.

Paul went out of his way to help. He put a value on the furniture for sale which was accurate. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else who is looking to sell.

Paul was excellent with his communication and was true to word through out the sale. Highly recommended
