Average Experience – Lacked Proper Handover

I dealt with Paul Brinckman for the purchase of a property. While the transaction itself went through, I was disappointed that not all the keys were handed over after the sale. Additionally, there was no formal acknowledgement or follow-up regarding this issue. Communication could have been better post-sale. Overall, it was an average experience — some aspects were handled professionally, but there were important details that were overlooked.
