I met with 6 agents before deciding on Paul to sell my property. It was an interesting experience and personally I think it is the most important and best decision I made. What was interesting was that some agents couldn't appraise the property correctly, others tried to negotiate/discount on commission, or lower the value of the property to get a quick sale. Paul was very honest and upfront in his communication, never pressured me to make a decision and was very transparent about the market and interest in the property. He also had great contacts for staging and trades to do minor repairs. In addition to this he was always available after hours to meet and discuss offers, strategies and next steps which was great as I got home after 7pm most days. Talking about going the extra mile he even cleaned the alfresco after I had moved out and the buyers wanted the outside of the property cleaned. Personally I think sellers need to make a decision on the agent who will get them the best result and not someone who offers the lowest commission. Highly recommend Paul as he was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the market, honest and his approachable nature made a difference with the buyers.

When I first met Paul we did a walk around my property and with his knowledge and expertise we developed a plan of what work I should carry out to maximize my return. After everything was completed he put forward the sale plan which included using virtual furniture as the hose was freshly painted and empty. When the online sales package of video and photos were shown to me I was very impressed. There were over a 130 text and 100 phone calls between us so I was kept well informed along the way. The house was under contract in less than a week and in my opinion, this was do to the interest the marketing campaign created, which Paul had set out. I also much appreciated the level of calm and assurance he gave me, and the extra work he put in, when there were a few hiccups on the way till settlement. In closing I would use Paul again in a heart beat and thank him very much for his effort which gave me a return well over my expectations.

I told him that it would be later this year before I was ready to sell. He sent me through an appraisal but didn't pester me and kept in touch.
