My wife and I are living in Sydney. And were looking for a property to buy in the Narangba area . That we could purchase as a rental with visions of moving into it in a few years . My sale was a particularly difficult one on more than a couple of levels. Every obstacle was put in Paul's path, which paul overcame one by one in an outstanding fashion. We went through a few agents before we found paul whom all fell to the challenges that my sale imposed. By the time I found paul id lost all hope in any positive outcomes from the sale of my home. Paul immediately set to work and went so far above and beyond his general duties that he made the whole sale process and absolute joy and that's before he achieved a much better sale price than any other agent and higher than I had dreamed. We have just gone unconditional on a property that was presented perfectly through professional photos & Paul's fantastic writeup. We travelled from Taree NSW to sunny QLD in the hopes that within the week we would find our perfect family home. The end of the week was fast approaching and our spirits were low, both from a lack of great houses, and days of dealing with uninterested realtors.It was on day five that our dream home was listed. We contacted Paul asking for an inspection, within minutes we had a viewing lined up for the very next morning. Paul showed us a few key features of the home, and then allowed us to walk around and get a feel for the property ourselves, we asked Paul for his assistance in placing an offer. He informed us that for our offer to presented it was best to be put it in writing. The next day we found ourselves at the local Coffee Club, Paul shouted a round of coffee, read out and helped us to understand & sign the contract, all while being very patient and understanding of our two year old. The very next day we received a phone call from Paul telling us the fantastic news that we had had our offer accepted! The next two weeks were a whirlwind of excitement and nerves. Paul stayed in touch just the right amount over this period via text message and phone calls. He even made sure we were aware of current banking situations that meant our home loan may take a little while longer than expected to go through. Paul liaised with the property owners and secured us an extension on our finance. That weekend we found ourselves driving the eight hours to Mango Hill in order to create a beautiful memory.We were greeted with a very enthusiastic Paul who on his day off was holding a bunch of flowers & a bottle of wine. We even got to have another tour of the house. Paul is by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of dealing with. We will be recommending Paul for a very long time to come!
