Paul was very accommodating and understanding with scheduling inspection of the property we were interested in at times to meet our work commitments, usually outside of normal business hours, including signing of documents. Paul was friendly, professional and able to answer our questions.

Paul's marketing plan, with inspections by appointment only, suited us best. We signed the agency agreement on 31 March and by the time all photography etc had been done it went live on the market about 10 days later. And then the coronavirus lockdown hit! Despite this, Paul quickly organised inspections by five separate groups, one of whom came good with an acceptable offer and the contract went unconditional one month from initial listing.
