I met multiple agents who appraised my home but Paul and Rachel from Rockwood appraised my home for a higher price and achieved it. I felt really comfortable from the moment I met them, they were highly professional and knowledgeable. They spent a great deal of time advising me of what improvements would be worthwhile to make prior to putting my house on the market. They were very friendly, always accessible and were able to answer any questions I had due to their extensive real estate experience. Their team took beautiful photos and a great video that showcased all the parts of my property the buyers needed to see to fall in love with it. All of their marketing was stunning. I was very impressed with the number of open for inspections times they had which meant many people viewed my house and their follow up with potential buyers was excellent. They supported me for the entire sales process, providing me wth fantastic advice and most importantly, when I was nervous about getting a good sale price, they oozed confidence because they knew the market and they understood all of the attributes of my property. They never wavered in their confidence. They are five stars all the way!
