They always had our best interests at heart during the sale of our property. They were knowledgeable about our market, always professional and supportive during the process from the initial appointment through to the settlement. They were compassionate and attentive to our needs particularly during the difficult and occasionally stressful negotiation phase. They organised all the trades required to best present our home for the sale. All trades were available on request, were skilful in their work and reasonably priced without exception. Once we had decided to put our home on the market, we interview 3 agents in total. Rachel and Paul stood out the most in their Professionalism. I explained to them want I wanted to achieve. From the very beginning of building a relationship with Paul at Rockwood I knew this this was going to be something special.
