After a horror experience with another agent, Paul and Rachel were real, honest, helpful and authentically wished to assist us in selling our house. They were creative in their approach, communicated at each stage, offered advice and ultimate provided a worthy sale. They were methodical, explained the law and stuck to their word in how they carry out safeguarding this process. No moving of goalposts or smoke and mirrors. I would definitely recommend their personable, calm approach where they gave the time needed. They were efficient in response times, marketing looked fabulous and they were interested all along in ensuring the approach and outcome were what we were seeking. They were seller focused. I have always been skeptical of real estate agents however at no stage did I feel we were dealing with a ‘salesman’. Very grateful!
