We have had an overall great experience with purchasing our first house with Paul. It has been low stress and enjoyable. He has been great at communicating and following up on requests and relaying information. The only thing I would request for future first home buyers would be to make sure that both names are on the letter of offer, as it was a bit of a hassle after the fact to add my name to a legally binding document so that that house was in both of our names. At the time of writing the offer with Paul, we weren't asked if both of our names were going to be on the loan and we were completely inexperienced in buying a house so we didn't know to ask. Other than that, Paul has been wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone buying.
