We met Paul Harris in our driveway as he was doing a letter drop and we were just starting out in the market looking to purchase our first house. He asked what we were looking for and our budget and took all this into account when contacting us. A few weeks later he contacted us with a house that met all our criteria and got us in straight away to see the house. We made an offer the next day and it was accepted. Paul was very knowledgeable on the 'workings' of the house and was very easy to deal with. Anything we needed to know, he either knew already or got back to us straight away with an answer. Our bank was taking longer than expected and Paul was great at getting on to the owner and getting extensions put in place, even arranged a prior possession whilst we waited for settlement. We were particularly impressed with Pauls communication in keeping us updated/informed on everything that was going on and I love that we never had to chase him on anything. He was honest and upfront about everything and we really appreciated all the help he gave us in purchasing our new home!!

Paul and Lisa Harris recently sold a property for us in the Mandurah region. Our experience was ordinary. Paul rolled out the standard real estate agent lines that felt insincere. He was quick with the real estate jargon and catch phrases... We specifically asked up front for a realistic estimation to go to market with and within the first few weeks we were approached to drop the price. This is what we asked to not have happen. There were several weeks where no one came to any home opens but after we reworded the advertisement and suggested alternate opening times we seemed to get traction with the market. We hoped for professional guidance when our first offer came in (brought by another agent) but Paul offered no advice which left us guessing where to go from there. Whilst they did their job and the house sold, we would not use them again.

Paul and Lisa were punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful to make the sale of our house quick and painless. Considering that we placed our house on the Market just as the Real Estate Market, Australia wide, had entered a major downturn.
