My instructions when I first met Paul where that I would sell if it was easy to do so. My home was rented for 9 years and in my view not in a selling condition to obtain the best price. Paul said he had clients looking for renovators. In less than a week from signing the agent agreement I had 2 inspections and a signed contract without marketing and needing to update the home at all. He provided sales evidence so I could come to my own conclusion on the property value and the agreed price was greater than I original anticipated. Paul even visited me at work to sign the contract, the sale could not have been easier, makes me feel the sale was mean't to be. Great work Paul, Adam and Louise. I cannot put into words how grateful we are for everything you both did. From the day we put the offer in until days after we moved in Adam was constantly there for us (Paul too but he was having some well deserved time off). Even when I called and he was at home with his family he spoke to me, he became more of a friend than a realtor because he spoke to me on my level in a way we could understand! It was our first home, and Adam held our hand pretty much through the whole thing, even when his side of things was done, he still kept us in the loop and called who needed to be called.
