Paul always went the extra mile. He provided well matched properties to my requirements and let me know early if properties were coming onto the market that I may want to consider. One of these early prospective properties I read about late at night. I emailed Paul and by 7.30am the next day an inspection was arranged. I made an offer at 10am and by 11am Paul had a verbal acceptance of my offer. By lunch time a written offer was signed by both parties. Yep the deal worked out for well for both buyer and seller.
