From day one, Paul stood out as professional and genuine, not just another opportunist who was there to undervue my property so he could get a quick sale and a quick commission check. He allowed me to manage my campaign the way I wanted to, supported me in the decisions I made, and provided valuable guidance along the way. I'm extremely happy with way the process went and importantly, the result I received. We had a very good experience dealing with Paul Jackson throughout the purchase of our home. Paul was fast and responsive. Whenever he spoke to the seller, he would come back to us within a few hours, or at most by the next day, which made a big difference during the process. He was honest, direct, and professional in all his dealings, with no games or pressure. He was also very helpful in organising access to the property when we needed tradies to come through, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, there were no dirty tricks. Everything was handled transparently and fairly. After dealing with many other agents, working with Paul was genuinely a pleasant experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We Antoniette and Ian live and work in Dubai which is approximately 12000kms away from Brisbane Australia. To begin with, giving Paul a 5 Star rating would be doing him a huge injustice, because he deserves better like the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, which is a 7 Star rating. Even though we were so far apart, Paul did not make it seem that way, as he was always very accessible , professional, patient and polite which made us feel very comfortable. If Paul does not know something about Real Estate ,then it’s not worth knowing. There were a few things in the house that required some TLC (tender loving care) and Paul very kindly took care of that by organising a Painter, Plumber, Carpet layer, Carpenter, Gardener etc, so as to make the house as presentable and inviting to the prospective buyer. Oh! and he even recommended a very good conveyancer. So the moral of the story is that distance isn’t an issue as long as Paul Jackson is in control and taking care of the sale. All we can say is that Paul is very trustworthy ,reliable ,professional ,efficient and friendly. Here is how we sum up Paul. P….Professional and Pragmatic. A….Affable U….Unassuming L…. Limitless. We would safely and highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell or even for brutally honest advice.
