Overall, the contact we had with Paul was satisfactory. There was a few points in time where there was solicitor to solicitor communication, in relation to the building and pest concerns. Paul did contact us directly to negotiate our concerns and requests for particular things to be fixed at the property or negotiation on price if these would not be fixed, despite these negotiations being communicated via the solicitors. However, I am sure this is working for the seller. Paul did meet us when we required to get into the home i.e building and pest inspection and quotes for tradesmen. He has also been timely in getting back to me re: getting the previous owner to disconnect his internet service, keys and garage door remotes etc.
