We are very grateful that Paul not only achieved a good price point for his clients (the vendors) but that he also advocated for us as potential buyers of the property, knowing that the vendors wanted to choose a nice family for the benefit of their neighbours and to take over the ownership of a home they have put a lot of love into. Paul was honest through the entire experience and trusted in us. My only constructive criticism would be that I wish Paul had prioritised getting the bank valuers into the property sooner, knowing the current market demand and delays in bank processing; however Paul helped us in gaining an extension for finance as first home owners which would have taken a lot of trust in us and the process and we are grateful for this. Paul is also friendly and enjoyable to work with - a genuine person.

Paul provided guidance to us while we prepared our house for sale, and he was very friendly and professional throughout the sale process. We had been looking at houses for a while. We had fallen in love with a couple but there was always that little warning nagging us in the back of our minds that something was not quite right. Of course after investigating we were proven right. We saw this house and booked a viewing. Paul responded straight away and we met him there the next day. First looking at him, he is very presentable looking gentleman. Upon speaking to him we found out that he easy going and he is easy going for a reason. Small talk straight away with a joke to break the ice. Asks if you have an immediate quests and then lets you investigate the house without being in your back pocket. Our young children had their lunch out under the veranda while either my wife or myself would take turns in looking at the house, Paul being the professional he came and spoke them. He had great knowledge of the property with only one question that he couldn’t answer, which later in the day he got back to us with an answer and also a small biography of the place from the owners. We came back for a second look and put on an offer. This was in the early evening in his own time and the owners. He knew that this was the house for us. He kept us in the loop with all offers and then we finally got it. He has liaised with the sellers a few times for us and we have now met them as well. Everything advertised on the house ad was spoken about including the new housing development up the road. It was easy at the beginning and only became hard because people kept trying to buy “our” property. In the end he didn’t sell us a house, he got us a home.

Paul isn’t like other realtors I’ve met. He is a genuine, nice person who actually cares about you and your property. From the moment we interacted with us he went out of his way to familiarise himself with our children with a friendly chat. But the when you put apart the nice guy persona aside, he is a dedicated salesperson to say the least. We had made a date to put on the market and we were doing final minor renovations, when he came around and put his sign up next to his car. He knocked on the door to say he was going to do a door knock around the neighbourhood to let people know we were coming on to the market soon. Afterwards he came back, had a look and a talk to see how it was all going. This shows dedication and a professionalism that other realtors don’t have. If he missed a call, he called back promptly. His open home feedback was quick. Paul Joyce is honest. He is a professional that will get the best out of your property on the market.
