Both my husband and I would like to thank Paul and Melissa KOTZE for their assistance in the process of selling our townhouse. What a fantastic team they are! Having 2 agents working for you is such an added bonus. They kept us updated all of the time and even after going under contract they continued to conduct open homes until the sold sticker was placed on the for sale board. They looked after our dog during the open homes and I'm pretty sure they snuck him some treats.... He will miss them. I would not sell through any other agent after having this fantastic team sell our property.
