Paul was very helpful and had an in-depth knowledge of the market. We were able to close the deal very quickly and he stayed up till 1am to make sure the deal was sealed. Was very impressed by his work ethic. Occasionally had to follow up with him a couple times to get information that was requested but I understand people are busy and can’t always get back in a timely manner. His assistant Reem was excellent and they both helped us in every way they could and it was really appreciated!

When we started looking at the possibility of changing our house at the end of 2020, I was honestly sick of seeing Paul’s face on bill boards, but having worked with too many shitcan agents who want a quick buck, Mr land and his team was a refreshing change. It’s rare I give 5 stars for anything but Paul has earned it. For the better part of 10 months, weekly/bi-weekly phone calls have involved us looking for a house, so we can sell ours, Paul understands when to pressure and when not to. Paul is communicative, energetic and professional. He provided sound advice on the preparation of our propert and he has a list of high quality vendors with a strong relationship. If you are picky like us, want an agent that is going to engage you and work hard (and I actually mean hard). I’d recommend him. It’s rare to find the right mix and that is Paul.
