I've worked with many agents both personally and professionally, and I can confidently say that Paul is in a league of his own. He takes ownership over the property and the sale in a way no one else does. Do you know of any other agent who would spend more time at your house over the christmas/NY break than they did their own house? On boxing day, wheelbarrowing pebbles around my house to get it up to scratch for sale. Bringing his own sanding equipment to fix up some work that same painters/gyprockers did on the house and he thought it could be improved. And then the sale itself. Sold in 3 days at a price well beyond our top expectations and above any estimate that any agent had given us.
