Our experience with Paul was nothing but exceptional. He is very smart, approachable, knowledgable, reasonable, passionate, and extremely patient. During our negotiation period, we had lots of back and forth and our conversation would have ended anywhere. However, he was the calming influence on the other end and ended up finding a middle ground for a lot of our requests. There were times when he also went out of the way to help us secure the deal. His attention to detail helped us a great deal when we were inspecting the property. He was very patient in explaining every single detail of the house and his knowledge of construction and works was quite evident. During our post inspections, he was quite accommodating- I had to call him during his holidays. Not only, he made himself available at the property but he was also giving us suggestions wrt renovations and reworks. His passion was quite evident in the way he was running around the house like a kid in a candy store. I am quite amazed at his time management. He never misses a call/ text. And if he misses one, he makes sure he calls/texts back. Being first home buyers, we were very skeptical while entering the market. Had a lot of unanswered questions.
