Due to circumstances around the timing of us retiring to a new home interstate the house ideally needed to be sold prior to Christmas and only went live on the market November 13, 2024. We went to Auction which was not successful however Paul worked extremely diligently continuing to engage with the eventual purchaser post the Auction. In what I can only imagine is a rarity contracts were exchanged on the evening of Christmas Day; we cannot thank Paul enough for doing what he did on the day, a day I am sure his family would have dearly loved his full attention.

What set Paul out from others was we sought his advice on renovations, more of a complete refresh where he had the contacts where he went well beyond, was basically the project manager.
