Communication with Paul was always smooth, and both he and his team were very organized throughout. One of the things that stood out was Paul’s warm and approachable personality. During the selling process, we had regular weekly meetings for a period of time, and he was always patient and attentive. As sellers, we felt very happy and stress-free because we knew exactly what he and his team were doing at every stage. He also arranged for a great photographer to capture the property beautifully. He clearly knows what he’s doing and how to present a property effectively. Paul would usually arrange three open inspections a week, and sometimes even four. In addition, he frequently conducted private inspections for multiple groups, which made us feel confident that he was fully dedicated to the sale. We also attended some of the open inspections ourselves and were impressed with how well-organized his team was. There were staff members outside greeting people and others inside answering potential buyers’ questions. Even though Paul is a very busy agent with many listings, both he and his team managed everything smoothly. His assistant, Hannah, was also incredibly efficient, always sending timely emails and updates. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Paul.
