Paul did an excellent job selling our property in Kellyville Ridge. He presented it in the market beautifully, which attracted a few serious buyers within two weeks. What stood out most was his professionalism and patience; he never pressured us to sell until we were completely satisfied. We are extremely happy with our experience working with Paul and would highly recommend his services.
Recommend Paul as excellent market knowledge, ideas and easy to deal with . Market environment changed during sale period with ok result. What set Paul out from others was we sought his advice on renovations, more of a complete refresh where he had the contacts where he went well beyond, was basically the project manager. If we had arranged ourselves could have spent up to double let alone timeframe and quality.

We have our eyes on Paul since the beginning. The moment he knocked on our door step, we did not look for any other agents at all. His Team delivered us an amazing outcome and results despite the tough buyer's market. I could have not ask for anything else. The sale we achieved, extremely helped us pay a lot of our debt and thanks to his "TEAM LAND", that has made it possible and a reality. Paul is an excellent person to work with. In 2019, Paul helped us purchase our home, and his exceptional service led us to engage him again for the sale in 2024. Once again, Paul exceeded our expectations! He combined professionalism with a personal touch, demonstrated outstanding communication skills, and was always available when we needed him. If you’re selling your home in The Hills, Paul Land is the right choice! Thank you, Paul!
We recently entrusted Paul to sell one of our properties, and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Communication with Paul was always smooth, and both he and his team were very organized throughout. One of the things that stood out was Paul’s warm and approachable personality. During the selling process, we had regular weekly meetings for a period of time, and he was always patient and attentive. As sellers, we felt very happy and stress-free because we knew exactly what he and his team were doing at every stage. Paul provided us with valuable advice on property styling, paying attention to details to ensure the house was presented in the best possible way. He also arranged for a great photographer to capture the property beautifully. He clearly knows what he’s doing and how to present a property effectively. Paul would usually arrange three open inspections a week, and sometimes even four. In addition, he frequently conducted private inspections for multiple groups, which made us feel confident that he was fully dedicated to the sale. We also attended some of the open inspections ourselves and were impressed with how well-organized his team was. There were staff members outside greeting people and others inside answering potential buyers’ questions. Even though Paul is a very busy agent with many listings, both he and his team managed everything smoothly. His assistant, Hannah, was also incredibly efficient, always sending timely emails and updates. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Paul. He is not only a professional agent but also a genuinely nice person. Choosing to work with Paul was the best decision we made, and we have no regrets.
Our experience dealing with Paul was first class. He certainly totally represented the interests of his client at all times. As a purchaser, he also was helpful and ensured any queries my wife and I had were quickly answered. He's a professional!
