Paul is a very experienced and professional agent. He went above and beyond to get the best possible result for our home. He was very attentive and understanding of us and our goals. We had a lot of interest in the property and Paul eventually found us the right buyer who appreciated and loved the property enough to buy it. We would recommend anyone in Kellyville Ridge to use Paul. Thank you again Paul and team!!!!!
In the first meeting Paul, I found our communication with each other clear, reliable and represented his clients professionally and with negotiating skills. Refreshing to come across an agent like Paul and highly recommended.
Thank you Paul and his team at Hills First National for selling our home in two weeks on the market. Fantastic effort and we highly recommend Paul and his team to any prospective seller.
Just wanted to say thank you to Paul and team for achieving a sale of our home. Whilst it was a slow start due to time of year of listing we got there in the end.
Selling your home for the first time can be an overwhelming experience, but the process was made easy with support throughout the entire process. He’s a great negotiator, respectful and strives to do his best.
Paul stands out as a rare breed, defying the stereotypes often associated with the field. Unlike the fast-talking, promise-heavy approach that is unfortunately common, Paul is a genuine professional who takes his job personally. His commitment goes beyond mere transactions; Paul is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the best outcome possible. What sets him apart is not just his easy-going style, but the shrewd knowledge he brings to the the table. Behind his relaxed demeanor lies a wealth of experience, allowing him to navigate the complexities of the market and assess potential buyers with precision. I've found Paul's approach to be refreshing, and his authenticity shines through in every interaction. Without hesitation, I would recommend Paul and his team for anyone seeking a trustworthy and knowledgeable partner in their real estate journey.
Thanks to Paul and his team for the great result. They have been a fantastic support throughout the whole process.
I cannot recommend Paul and this amazing team enough. His local knowledge of the area is second to none. Paul promised a us a great price on our home and he more then delivered. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions. If you're looking for an agent, you can't go past Paul and the team at Hills Direct.
Paul is highly professional and his responsiveness to all my queries were exceptional. Paul was always prompt in answering my questions, addressing any concerns, and providing updates on the progress of the purchase. His attention to detail and dedication made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire buying journey. Overall, working with Paul made what could have been a stressful process seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a reliable, knowledgeable, and personable real estate agent.
We are a young family with a 3 year old, living far from kellyville. It was a struggle to go through so many early morning inspections but Paul always tried his best to show us the houses in case if we ever arrived few minutes later than the inspection slot. He's honest, transparent, patient and kind, qualities that we haven't seen in many agents and truly appreciated his thoughts on any property we were interested in. We are truly grateful of his efforts and feel lucky that we got to buy our first home with Paul.
Paul was a delight to have as our estate agent. This is the first sale I have completed and Paul was always willing to answer any questions and spend the time to ensure I was comfortable with the procedures and what the purchasers were thinking. I highly recommend Paul and the team at First National Hills Direct. Thanks again Paul
