For example, he gave us a printed timeline on what needs to be done by when. He was friendly at the appropriate time and focussed when it was time to get things done. He communicated with us throughout the process and made sure the tasks that need to be done were done on time by everyone concerned right down to the window cleaners. For example advertising, decorating and the preparation of legal documents. For me, because we trusted his skill and integrity, all we had to do was follow his recommendations, and we got the result we aimed for and more. We had a small celebration/debrief at the end of the sale which was a nice way to close the deal. We would work with Paul again any day.
