While I only had the pleasure of working with Paul for a couple of weeks (property sold 1 week after going live) he did a great job under some very unusual circumstances. He absolutely listened to our needs and expectations and was available if and when we needed him! I highly recommend Paul as a very knowledgeable and trustworthy agent. Thank you Paul!!
Paul was outstanding throughout the entire process. He's friendly, genuine and will go out of his way to help with anything. He's skills & knowledge gave us the confidence we needed to just go for it and buy our first home!
14 years ago Paul was acting for the vendors of a property we purchased in Bondi Junction. He stayed in touch over those intervening years and this, together with his detailed understanding of the area, made him our natural first choice as our agent when we decided to sell. He managed all aspects of the promotion and sale to our complete satisfaction. He was proactive and diligent. He secured a buyer exceptionally quickly. We would strongly recommend Paul!
Paul handled every aspect of the sale of our property while we lived overseas; we were completely reliant on him. He built enormous trust through his credibility, reliability, intimacy and lack of self-interest: he was all about managing and meeting our expectations as his clients. We never felt the complexity of being overseas because Paul was clear and consistent throughout: things happened when he said they would, he took our calls late at night and during his summer holiday, he coordinated tradesmen, the staging company, cleaning, conveyancing, photography, everything. A total professional a pleasure to work with.
Paul is 100% dedicated and diligent in getting the top price for his client. I trust Paul’s judgement, his knowledge of the market and value his opinion. I keep coming back to Paul as my preferred agent.
Friendly, great personality and dependable on time to all appointments. Would recommend Paul to anyone selling or buying a house
He is diligent, honest and efficient. Paul took carriage of my apartment sale because I live overseas. He gave me clear expectations about general market conditions and the expected price for my property. The final sale exceeded my expectations. I cannot fault his work and highly recommend Paul Langsam and his the team at Raine and Horne.
Paul was very knowledgeable about the area, knew the market in my price range very well and was able to sell my property before auction taking all of the stress away from me. Highly recommended.

I previously purchased the property from Paul (as vendors agent) more than 7 years ago. He was very professional, across the detail and left an impression at the time. Over the years he has regularly checked in with market updates. When it came to selling our property, I felt he was the best person for the role. Living interstate, I needed an agent I could trust. We had a great marketing campaign. Everything came together effortlessly with Paul's help. We sold after one week on the market for a price in excess of our expectations. Paul worked really hard to deliver the best possible price. A talented professional.
