Right from my first meeting with Paul I felt a sense of confidence and trust in him. I have been 24 years in this house and thought I would never manage to motivate myself to sell. However after talking to Paul I felt if anyone could get me 'past the post' then it was him. Paul has a great ability to convey both calm and optimism and I felt he would be able to successfully engage with potential buyers and motivate them to bid for my house. Being an auctioneer he would also be able to use this connection positively during the auction process. Paul has been the perfect agent in being respectful of and responsive to my opinions, positive and yet realistic in his estimate of the progress of the campaign and has quietly provided the support to get me through the emotional roller coaster of an auction. At no point did I feel he anything other than my best interests at heart. As an Auctioneer I know from my friends and family that he was tenacious and tireless in pursuing the best possible outcome for me and I have no doubts that he would always do his very best for those he represents. In addition to all these qualities he is a truly genuine person and it has been a great pleasure to work with him to a very successful outcome. I have no hesitancy but to recommend him to others.

Paul Leydin made our sale as stress free as possible, communicated very regularly throughout the campaign-and certainly worked hard as the auctioneer to extract the maximum last little bit--we were very happy with the sale result to say the least.
