In the weeks leading up to selling an Executor estate of a St Kilda West apartment Paul brilliantly adapted to a Conveyancing lawyer being hospitalised and then me as the Vendor facing heart surgery. I was very upset with my experience with Paul Manczak after the actual purchase had occurred. I had a few questions about the place and it is my first home. I felt that Paul had guessed the answers to my questions rather than asking the vendor as promised. I feel this way as some of the things Paul had told me turned out to be incorrect. This ended up costing me over $4,500. When brought up with Paul and his Managing Director I felt even more hurt as they didn’t take the matter seriously and they didn’t care. It was very disappointing to have this experience when buying my first home. I feel it could have been avoided if a little more care and considering was taken rather than rushing and palming me off.
Paul was great at delivering the service I wanted. He asked how much interaction I preferred and when I requested more information he was quick to respond. Pauls demeanour was friendly and professional throughout the selling process. I believe he was friendly and approachable for all potential buyers. Paul followed up with those who inspected the property each week to ensure no opportunity was missed. During the auction the property ended up being passed in even though there was quite a bit of interest at the auction. There was a potential buyer signed up after the auction, however on the Monday following auction, Paul ensured that all other opportunities for a better outcome were exhausted prior to me selling. As a result, I was grateful for all Pauls hard work as he secured a considerably better outcome for me by Monday afternoon. Paul and Wilson Agents have been in the business for several years and their experience shone through during the process of selling my property in Elwood.
