Paul was helping on selling my property at St Kilda, Victoria and within just a month the property SOLD! I could not be happier with the service provided by Paul Manczak and his team at Wilson Agents. I am not experienced in selling property. There was a lot of other agents confused me with marketing options, in accurate sales valuations. Paul told me what I needed to hear. He was not the cheapest agent but true to his word he got me a higher price than the other guys. He basically said ... if you listen to my advice, I will get you a above average sale price. I did and true to form it happened. I cant recommend Paul Manczak as an agent high enough. He may not be the cheapest but I guess you get what you pay for and by far he is surely the best!
