Paul is a highly motivated agent who strives to get the best outcome for his client. Paul originally reached out to my family when my mother passed away via a letter in her mail box. He showed compassion and empathy for my mother's passing, and indicated that if we needed any assistance, he would be there to help. (if we needed it!). Upon contacting Paul he went out of his way to assist with the successful sale of Kernot Street, which sold very quickly. He was constantly in contact keeping me up to date with progress, which was a great benefit to both me and my family. Paul is easy to talk to, and is open when he provides feedback in regards to open inspections. He is also highly receptive to receiving feedback from others, which is a great asset for a sales agent to have, as this builds confidence and trust, not only from a vendor, but also a prospective buyer.
