Happy that our house sold after the first open inspection, however if we hadn't knocked back the first offer (which we felt pressure into taking as we were told we would not get much more) then we would have missed out on the additional $20k that the house sold for the next day. My partner in particular felt that because we had bought first (through Paul also) that there was a lack of enthusiasm on the sale of this one.
