We had met Paul 12 months prior to selling our home when he was working for another agency. He was one of the most personable and honest agents we had met and had an impressive in-depth knowledge of the market and property value within the area. Instantly we knew we wanted Paul to be the face of selling our home. Even after Paul made contact when he started with Harcourts we had no hesitation signing Paul to sell our property. It wasn't the company we selected to sell our home but Paul May. He was very clear and honest from the beginning in regards to realistic sell price expectations and walked us through the process, making contact with us every step of the way to ensure for piece of mind. We were able to have a honest figure that we would be happy to settle and Paul exceeded this price and we sold our house in a week! We are beyond happy with Paul's service, we knew he would be just as personable and engaging to prospective buyers which was very important to us as we know first hand agents can be difficult to liaise with and can deter potential buyers. Paul went above and beyond our expectations of an agent, even following up leads on a Sunday as he had promised potential buyers who attended the inspection the day earlier that he would make contact within a day to obtain feedback.
