We have once again partnered with Paul McDonald for a successful property result. Our confidence in Paul is resolute as his knowledge.commitment and communication has always reassured us and alleviated any of the concerns that sometimes arise when selling a home.
Very confident with Paul and his team Sound knowledge of the area A delight to work with Highly recommend Excellent result
We had used McDonald Upton for letting our property and we continued to use their expertise for selling our property in Coburg. We had a lot of communication with Paul leading up to the house going on the market and the place looked fantastic. We were concerned with the Covid-19 restrictions but Paul and Rhys guided us through and managed to quickly find some interesting buyers. We sold at a price we were happy with and were very happy with the service provided.
Paul was fantastic to deal with when we sold our first property! He walked us through the process, was always available for queries if we needed and kept us very well informed throughout our sales campaign. We were very pleased with the outcome of the sale and do not think we would have had the same result if Paul wasn't our agent. I would highly recommend him, and absolutely use Paul again if we were to sell our property.
McDonald Upton are a boutique agency in Essendon that I first had dealings with renting the property I have just sold . I was very happy with my experience then and even happier now with the professionalism of Paul McDonald. Paul was always there to answer questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout this whole journey. He had a very down to earth manner and was approachable at all times . Will definitely use this agency again !
Paul was great, going through the sales in the area with us, giving us as much information as possible. Answering our questions, concerns and worries professionally and knowledgeably. I am happy to recommend Paul and McDonald Upton Real Estate to anyone.
From the onset Paul was upfront, honest and dedicated to achieving a sale of our home. Paul and his team were alway professional with their dealings. Would definitely recommend Mcdonald Upton Realestate to any future seller in the Strathmore area
Paul McDonald & Simone Tramontana and the McDonald Upton team were very professional and provided excellent service in the sale of my Mother's unit. They kept me up to date with everything that was happening through regular and comprehensive phone reports. The marketing program was very well done and proved to be most successful. All administrative functions were performed most efficiently. The purchase price achieved at auction exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with the outcome.
Very good knowledge of local area and very good customer/agent communication. Tony Clarke was professional and a pleasure to deal with
We have engaged Paul to sell six properties over the last 14 years and have always been delighted with the results. We would record Paul and will certainly use his firm again in future.
Highly professional and diligent Agent. This is the 8th property that Paul has sold for us and have been very happy on all sales. Highly recommended .
