Needed to sell an Investment home on the other side of Australia and in extra quick time. Ray White Ballarat had been the leasing Company I was using so asked for a Sales agent to contact me to sell the property. Paul called me, took on the marketing, did the open house, got 7 interests and at least 2 offers in first open. House had no work done to it and still had tenants in situ. Got an offer at lower end of estimated value, then 2nd offer at mid value estimate. I wanted it sold and Paul took care of everything. 2 weeks from first contact to offer and within another 2 weeks property is sold. Excellent work Paul.
