Likable and informed

Paul made a great impression when my fiance and I met him. Throughout the walk through of the property he was there and ready to answer any questions and also gave us our own space to look around the property, Paul is really easy going and made the very stressful time of purchasing a first home an absolute breeze. Paul's communication was excellent and provided me with updates along the way throughout the entire process, start to finish. Having a real estate agent who is professional and laid back at the same time is hard to find, having Paul there with us along this journey was a breath of fresh air amongst a very turbulent time during the purchase of the property. Having met lots of other real estate agents in my time, I can confidently say he so far has been the only one to do everything he has said he will, many other agents would say they would communicate and I would never hear back, Paul would always return my calls, emails or texts and was completely transparent throughout. Having a real estate agent that has great communication skills is hard to find, but Paul was able to adapt and explain things differently in ways we could understand being FHB and not fully understanding the process and all the industry jargon.
