Paul gave us good advice about preparing the home for sale and even advice regarding the house we ended up buying. Paul selected a price range which was based on prices for similar nearby housing. But the result was beyond what we expected with the process from advertising to signing being about 5 days - three inspections (18 prospective buyers for the first, 18 with some overlap for the second and 5 on the 3rd day, 10 offers by the following day at 5pm!) within a very short time of each other worked well!
