Paul Merrick is a man with great integrity in an industry lacking that particular skill set
We have known Paul for 5 years, when we went looking for the house we just sold, even though we didn't buy it off him, I liked the way he handled himself at open homes, when we decided to sell, only one agent truly came to mind.
Paul is a class act, doesn't pressure you, doesn't over promise, in fact he under promises and over delivers.
Nothing was an issue for him, was available 24/7 even 9pm on a sunday night when I had someone on my door step and I was like what do we do, Paul was their to instruct us.
He does this all with a smile on his face, he is straight forward with the vendor and purchasers, making everything go smoothly, allowing both parties. too feel comfortable.
Small but important things that Paul does, that other agents may not, He is the person holding the open homes, thus you get constant feedback, you build up faith, and immediate feedback for him and yourself about what people think of your property. He took my paperwork to my legal team. He was at the building and pest inspection, not leaving me at the mercy. He was the person, who came with the purchasers, for visits when they wanted to inspect, also the final one before settlement, he was also the one who stood outside my property, with the new owners, waiting to gain access whilst my legal team delayed notifying him that he can hand over the keys, ages after we all knew they had paid.
He does this with a genuine smile and a heart that cares.
I'm sure we could of saved some money initially, with another agent, but i'm fully aware he got me more money in the negotiations, and made what is the worst time of your life, and enjoyable experience.
If you are looking for an agent, give him a buzz, you wont be disappointed, yes he does all the real estate paperwork, that's what you require, he's well versed on that, but you will see there's more to him then just signing you up.
