A great agent is the difference between dissapointment and SOLD!

In my recent experience, I believe the title above 'A great agent is the difference between disappointment and SOLD' couldn't be truer. I'm now writing this review from the home that Paul Merrick sold me, and to be honest, it wasn't my first choice. I had ordered a building report and begun negotiations on another property right before I had even inspected the home I now live in. The only reason I live here now and not in the original house I had made an offer on, is Paul. Simple as that. Paul's hard work, great attitude and ability to pull a deal together sold this home. All traits that were absent from the agent attempting to sell the home I originally intended to buy - which later dropped its asking price below what I was offering. If I were to sell my home in future, there is no question that Paul is the man for the job.
