From the moment Paul walked through our door to appraise our home, we knew we were in good hands. Paul’s local knowledge is outstanding. His team including Tori, Brendon and Shannon were highly professional. Presentation of the house including photographs and video were of the highest standard. Communication is clearly their strong point. We knew what was happening at all times, particularly during the critical negotiation stage of our sale. Paul’s aggressive marketing approach paid very substantial dividends as we achieved a sale price above our expectations. Paul demonstrated that he is a very intelligent agent who can exercise a great deal of lateral thinking and come up with the best strategy in every scenario. He left nothing to chance.
