They went above and beyond by helping me to get my place ready for the sale. They also negotiated on my behalf. They always kept me updated during the process and answered all calls and questions , whilst achieving this they were always very professional, polite and courteous. I couldn't ask for anything more and therefore I highly recommend them.
Been our first time selling a property and been a unsure on the whole sale process, having the right people to guide us on the sale of our first property was so much more enjoyable. Paul & Gina were very friendly and did not over sell or under sell our property they were realistic and very optimistic on what we would expect from the moment we first met them. They say you need to do 10 things before you sell your home, I'm telling you to call Paula and Gina and let them worry about the other 9. From the first meeting you will get an understanding that they care and will always go the extra mile. If at any point you have any questions they are more than happy to answer, even meet you over the weekends for coffee. How good are they? House was put on the market and 2 weeks later settlement was booked. A lot of people claim they know what they are doing but I can vouch for these two and you won't be disappointed.
