On the one previous occasion we had used an agent it was definitely a disappointing experience, hence we had a fairly low opinion of real estate agents. Within 10 minutes of meeting with Paul and Gina we knew we had nothing to fear. They presented us with a well constructed plan and strategy to sell our home. Their customer service was outstanding, never too busy to chat or answer any questions. They generated huge interest in our home and it sold for nearly 10% above our asking price. The high level of customer service extended beyond the sale of the house, which I imagine is almost unheard off. We couldn't imagine using anyone else.
