I have never sold a property until now but had heard many nightmare stories from friends who had regarding their experiences with Real Estate Agents who made unrealistic promises that they could not substantiate including the potential Sale Price achievable, timeframes & their processes. I'm happy to say I never experienced any of those issues with Paul & Gina, from the onset they said they could come in with unrealistic offers to get my business but that would not benefit either of us so they would be totally honest & let that speak for itself. They presented all the information on local sale outcomes in the area & gave me a realistic starting point for my property once they did that, they left a package of their presentation & let me sit with that to go over & process. There was never any pressure to sign anything until I 'chose' to list my property with them. Long story short, I did and was ecstatic with the whole package, Paul, Gina & their team surpassed all my expectations & the price I received for my property was a record in that area. I can not recommend them more highly.

Paul and Gina came out to see me on a Saturday afternoon after i called them when they had sold a property near me. I was truly impressed by the presentation and marketing strategy.
